Remove the cap and swipe the stick over exposed skin - arms, legs, neck, and ankles. The solid format goes on clean with no mess.
No Rub-In Needed
The balm will melt onto your skin naturally. There is no need to rub it in - the botanicals get to work on contact.
Reapply as Needed
