The Flock Company does not accept returns at this time. All sales are final.


Why We Don't Accept Returns

Each of our salves, teas, and remedies is hand-crafted in small batches using fresh, organic herbs. Once a product leaves our care, we cannot guarantee its storage conditions or integrity. We stand behind the quality of everything we make, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase from the moment it arrives.

Quality Guarantee

We take great care in crafting every batch. If your order arrives damaged, or with a defect in our workmanship, please contact us immediately—within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right.

How to Report a Problem

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at CMFlockCompanyLLC@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 2 business days and send a replacement at no charge.
