Handling and Processing

All orders are carefully hand-packed to order. We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Processing does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Method

We ship exclusively via USPS (United States Postal Service) to ensure reliable, eco-conscious delivery.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35 will have calculated shipping at checkout based on weight and destination.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Continental US: 3–7 business days from shipment
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 5–10 business days from shipment

These estimates begin after your order ships. USPS tracking updates are available from your shipment notification email.

Seasonal & Holiday Notes

During peak harvest seasons or holidays, handling may take up to 5 business days. We'll send you an email if your order will take longer than usual.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. We are exploring international options and will update this policy when available.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your tracking number and photos of the damage. We will work with USPS and send a replacement at no charge.
